I have cancel my contract but it's still deducting
Hi there. I had a sometime of contract with edcon on my legit account where by they send me 50 rand airtime every month and billed me on my jet account .I have cancel that several times but it's still on . The last time I spoke with SIYA ***. AND IT WAS last month in Nov or October buy that contract is still on. Cam somebody explain me why. Why my contract with you guys not cancel . Very very unhappy about it. Is there any 1 can assist me.
