I hate this company

<p>Yet again I receiving unsolicited phone calls from Nimble because Edcon has decided to hand over an account of mine that I was under the impression was closed 8 yrs ago. Now they tell me that the consultant that assisted me made a mess and captured the amount I paid incorrectly but nobody bothered to contact me for 7 years and even offered me an account in the meantime. Now this is interesting to know that even when you have an account that's still open, you still get offered to open another account? Please can I have the details of the Ombuds that deals with this company. I really am at my wits end</p>
