I HATE EDCON WITH ALL MY HEART

If you have never witnessed professional bad service you must do business or try talking a contract with RMCS with falls under EDCON . They are a bunch of *********.

I will never ever again step into an Edcon stores YOU ARE PATHETIC.

I filled a complaint with hello peter thinking you would hear my cry and assist, but all you showed me was your back and now i am still stuck without a sim swap.

i did what you said i must do but still today i called your call center more that 20 times , but every time i get a different story.

All i need to do is do a simple sim swap but vodacom can not help because EDCON took my details without my permission now i am stuck and need to change numbers.

I am running a business now i am BEEN forced to change my phone number because of you EDCON
