I am still on your blacklist

It has now been 4 months and after numerous phone calls, my name has not yet been removed from the blacklist. Because of this our business is suffering. Please remove my name and send me a paid up letter, please also refer to my previous reviews, I am not sure what else I can do about this but my next steps will have to be making this problem public
