Hygiene policy
I bought a seamless cami at Jet on the 21 November. I was not pleased with the fitting of the product so I decided to return it today at Sunnypark Jet. Magogi a staff member refused to take the product back, she called the sales rep at the Jet I purchased it at ( Simon).<br> After a long debate she credited my funds but going through the Edcon policy it clearly states <br> For hygiene reasons underwear (excluding bras) and ratings for pierced ears may not be returned or exchanged. <br> I cannot believe staff members do not know store policies and treat customers so poorly. <br>
