Humanity complaints

I work for Edcon on behalf on Manpower group as a contractor ,they have paid their employees their salaries they CEO has been paid and the Manpower group I'm very sure they have been ,because we are contracts they have not paid and the reply you get from Manpower they are waiting on Edcon to pay them, whilst they families are being fed ,our families must suffer ,anyone who can assist us in this matter ,I feel they are exploiting people.
