Horrible Service - Remove the ********** case against my profile.

I have been complaining about a ***** case since last year, and till today it hasn't been properly resolved. Some of Edcon consultants are rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced such in my life.

Please remove the ****** ********** account on my profile in all Credit Bureau. I have been pleading with you to do your job for months now with no joy. My last request is sitting with Emmanuel Matodzi who's doing little to assist on this matter.
