Hollard claims come to the party

I was retrenched on 18 December 2020 and submitted Jet Card Protection claim forms to RCS and now they tell me I need to submit the forms to Hollard as they don't pick up payments for Jet card protection plan. I am constantly getting phone calls from call center agents and explain to them and they just say I need to pay. Can someone please assist me urgently?
