HELP
I bought a phone in CNA festive mall and i had the insurance as a cash customer. Last year mid November i lost the phone and went back to them (CNA) as i had insurance n i paid the access of 500 on the 24th November 2018 so that they can process everything under the insurance (hollard/finirite ) . Then they told me that everything is processed and i will receive the call from the delivery since November till now i have not receive any call and wen i call em they keep telling me that they ll call me within an hour but they never call. can you please help me?
