Great Service from Sakhile Khumalo
<p>I called in this morning to Egars call center the lady that was assisting me was not so helpful as i have a query on a debit order and to change my billing date she advised me to call my bank to query it with them however this amount was reflecfting on my statement hence i called them..then after i caled my bank i called Egars again i spoke to Sakhile Khumalo.BEST SERVICE ever he was efficient he knew what he was doing my call time with him was short and very very helpful he then offered me some financial products but it didnt even sound like a sales pitch as he was very friendly and he explained and sumarised everything in thaty short call</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to Thank him for making my day<WE need more service agents like him</p>
