<p>I called to you call center regarding a query i had on my Edgars account, i was assisted by the most well manner,patient, proffessional and well spoken call center agent by the name of Calvin. this are the type of employees all call centers should strive to have. he was able to handle my concern with great concern and provide excellant feedback.
