Good service at the end
I went to the redsquare at the mall of the North branch in polokwane several times looking to buy a perfume in a gift bag and waited for over a month due to lack of follow up and probably no interest from staff that attended my request,I finally met an awesome staff named Moloko on the 12th march and she was keen in assisting and refered me to Emily who then apologised and offered me a gifting bag when I made the purchase. Though I was upset due to the initial service I was offered she calmed me down and we managed to laugh together. .to the previous staff members this should be a lesson to take every customer seriously as you signed an sla with the company to deliver exceptional service. Thank you Moloko and Emily.
