given a phone that doesnt work for the second time
SECOND COMPLAINT.
I SENT MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS FOR THE SECOND TIME. THE PHONE HAS RETURNED AND FEW WEEKS LATER THE SCREEN IS BLANK AGAIN.
UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I CANNOT BE WITHOUT A PHONE IT IS NOT SAFE. I need a new phone, not a repaired one they failed to repair it the first time.
