Give me my money back (since may 2020)

Ordered base in May 2020. Still no base. Paid in full: R2500. After numerous calls they said the didn’t have some of the stock and paid me back R1250 on 15 June. I cancelled my order and still I don’t have the balance back. Callcenter and reference numbers of no value.
