Ghost account fully paid but no paid up latter

I have settled an account on 27 March 2020 that was opened **********ly under my name which edcon forced me to pay and I did for the sake of my credit profile. Since then I've never received a paid up latter and that still affect my credit profile. I called but no changes. Please I need a letter and this account off my credit profile because I've fully paid this ghost account
