Frustrated

I've been trying for weeks to get my account details from Edgars. They blacklisted me for payment on their loyalty program which I don't even use. I don't receive their monthly book nothing. Yet the quick to blacklist. Trying to get my account number is impossible they working on a new system. Now I'm sitting with a problem. I just want to settle this stupid account. Been sending emails no luck. No wonder this company is not making money any more useless staff useless company
