Again the lack of service, trying since 2015 to get policies, numberous promises to get back to me with details within 48 hours,the refusal to answer direct and simple questions and being ignored flat out. We were told that the funeral cover for my father in law has been cancelled. CPA stipulates that written notification within 30 calendar is required before any policy cancellation can be initiated. This was not done is any shape or form. How many people have actually been successful with any kind of a claim from Edcon. Subsequently a complaint has been lodged with the Ombudsman I want the policies cancelled and refunded as nothing i have paid for stands anywhere its not legit and this is *****!
