A account was opened in my name which is ********** I gave them all my info and documentation, this was in April/May already promises were made to provide me with feedback which I found out they tried contacting me once with no response, last week they promised to give me feedback if I send my ID again which I did before only to find out that I never received a mail to send the ID to here I am with a default account on my name which I never opened...
