***** feedback taking forever
<p>I am very disappointed with edcon and its *********** employees who don't know a nd understand the sense of urgency. To start with, theres rotten potatoes within edgars/edcon who go around opening account with other people's information,correct security checks and back round checks not done when opening accounts. Now I have to take time off work to sort out this mess. I get harassed by debt collectors every day. And mind you this is the second time this is happening. I am getting advise on how to sue your Ass.</p>

08 Feb 2017, 10:01I wonder how long this investigations of yours will take. Its already over 2 months since I lodged this complaint. Is it ever going to be sorted out.
This is unacceptable. All you do is to say that you will get back to me and you take forever until I make contact.
