FOURTH REQUEST STILL NO REPLY

Good Morning,<br> I was under debt counselling and decided to rather pay my accounts off faster! I then got in contact with Edcon, I have send the following request's<br> o First request send on the 27 January 2016 03:10 PM - NO REPLY<br> o Second request send on the 10 February 2016 09:43 AM - NO REPLY<br> o Third Request send on the 14 March 2016 01:49 PM - NO REPLY<br> Fourth request was send this morning. I have received no response, when I go to try pay my account at edgars they keep telling me that I cant as its under debt review. Now 4 months later I am being charged legal fees of almost R3000!! (On an account of R4000 credit limit!!) I went this weekend to settle my account and paid R4000, after 3rd attempt at a CNA store I managed to make the payment. Only to receive a call from some guy who doesn't know the difference between email address and website address informing me that I still owe R3000. This is madness! How do you charge R3000 legal fees when I have been in contact with EDCON and no response received from anybody. <br> <br> Nobody can assist me.. so PLEASE can somebody assist me now???
