FINANCIAL PRODUCTS ADDED WITHOUT CUSTOMER CONSENT

I have had an account with Edgar's since 2015. I have recently noticed that additional financial products were added to my account without my knowledge and consent and I have been billed for same for approximately two years. I went personally into Edgar's the Glen and requested that these services be cancelled. The Manager was called to assist but never bothered to even give me the courtesy of her time. One of the cashiers then contacted the call center and I was advised that these services were cancelled. I requested a copy of the agreement that was proof that an agreement was signed by me to add these financial services and to date never received same. These unauthorized financial services still appear up on my recent statement. I also emailed the customer services and was advised that I would be contacted with 48 hours. To date, no response. I would like the agreement to be made available authorizing my consent. Alternatively, Edgar's should reimburse me for all unauthorized fees paid to date, failing which I will refer this matter to an Attorney for relief.
