Fica Documents

I went into Clearwater Mall Branch of Edgars towards the end of last year and was told my Edgars account was blocked due to not Fica'ing so I asked what was need for this and i was told proof of address which i gave and was told they could Fica for me with my Drivers licence which i later found out was not the case i needed my ID, i filled in the relevant form and they submitted the forms, i was called days later from the FICA department to be told that my Licence didnt come out clear and that i had to submit my ID which i did, i went back to an Edcon store again to make a perchase a week or two later and once again my Fica was regected. I then on the 22 December 2015 I went to Forest Hill Edgars with my ID and the copy was resent to FICA department of Edgars and i was told ill get a call back 48 hours later with an answer of approval of which i didnt get, I then went into the Clearwater Mall Edgars on the 11thJan2016 and was told i still cant make a perchase till its been submitted which once again my ID was copied and sent thru, I went to Mall Of The South Minutes ago and when I was told i couldnt make a perchase as my account was still blocked.A lady tried to call FICA noanswer
