Feed back

I am yet to receive feedback as promised by Edgars consultant and Manager from NBA ,Thato. I then had to follow up with both parties again today and was advised about further turn around times. I have been waiting for my letter for 2 months now and I am not impressed with the service im getting because no one is willing to assist me and all I get is text book answers from everyone. what does one have to do to get service or help? Do I have to keep calling your call centres to get no joy? why do you have call centres if they can't help anyone? All I get is empty promises. I recieved a call from Refilwe who advised me she would get back to me but have still heard nothing. I was then aslo promised feedback from Thato who is supposedly a manger at NBA and I have yet to hear anything from him. So what am I to do now?
