Faulty phone

We bought a phone at Jet (Dundee) on the 29/06 and my mom found the phone to be faulty...we took the phone for the exchange Mandisa was horribly rude we waited for manager which was no where to be seen...mom don’t want that phone anymore...bad service...no wonder almost every person complained abt bad service especially from Mandisa. We don’t need the phone! Anything that has to do with Jet Dundee store
