Faulty accesories

I bought a hisense F22 at edgars active promenade mall on 11 december i then tried to use the glass screen protector that comes with the phone but it was totally useless i peeled the plastic off it and it was totally dry when attaching it to the phonevit just falls of, I have since went to 7 cellphone stores but everybody says im am never going to get any accesories or parts for that phone anywhere,I then contacted hisense and told them the thing is defective and they told me not even they sell their own brand of protectors and that i will have to go to HI in canal walk to have one custom cut for the phone, I refuse to pay for something again that came with the phone and is not working, please sort this out with hisense because i did business with edcon and not hisense
