False Advertising & False Marketing poor service
<p>I have reported this every day for two year and four months (2years & 4months ),</p> <p>i received a reply from hellopeter only from edcon stating it resolve ,it not resolved,they given me a reference no : ********** 030 / GO</p> <p>and they state the following: </p> <p>Your query has been thoroughly investigated on, Kindly note at the time of the promotion the Edgars Active Phoenix store was not included as this was strictly a promotion for only the Edgars division.</p> <p>Due to your purchase made at Edgars Active Phoenix you do not qualify for the Thank U points.</p> <p>Once again we would like to extend our apology for the inconvenience , frustration and the time taken to resolve your query.</p> <p>Your reference number is ********** 030/GO.</p> <p>Please note the form stating clearly at that time it was a promotional thank you points at edcon edgars active and I have taken the contact for that reason the manager comfired it at that time but he wasn't aware of how the points will work???!! ,</p> <p>i am still unhappy with the outcome ,if the manager had given me the catalogue I chould have proff,it states clearly Phoenix plaza ,</p> <p>head office director promised me a call where is the call,???</p> <p>been 2years 4 months and they tell me this know ,I will report this to Ombudsman retail and also the marketing South Africa bord for false advertising,and for taken away the copy of the catalogue and the promotion finish 2 month from august that 1 st august 2014 till 24 October 2014,</p> <p>please kindly was promised false advertising & marketing by Edcon edgars active and I should get th points of 9000 * 24 months = total pints over 24 months = 216000 thank you points </p> <p>please kindly give me the points that your falsely advised </p> <p>it was for the store </p>

i still waiting for my total point earned 9000 thank u points * 24 months = 216000 total thank you points over 2year contract taken ,even the manager confirmed I get it but they not s**** how ,edcon does this

by Friday before 31 November I will report to retail ombudsman & also to the log a official complain to the Advertising Standard Authority of South Africa as I am getting no help from edcon 2year & 4 month to tell me sorry we can't help you that what your telling me
