False Advertising & False Marketing

<p>I taken out a contract in the Edcon Edgers Active Store ,I seen a promotion where you earn 9000 thank you points * 24 months= 216000 thanks you points <br />I been complaining for 2 years and 4moths almost every day ,and know one seem to resolve this issue,I spoke to store manager many times he told me had office is handling it,I Every phoned head office and the never resolved This issue ,why does it take 2 year & 4 months and still not resolved ,<br />i spoken to director of edcon but he never resolved this ,<br />i will report this to the retail ombudsmen and also to the South Africa marketing council that edcon is false advertising,I given the store manager my catalogue last year has he wanted it for proff so that he can resolve ,but never got it back ,it states 9000 thank you points * 24 months ,<br />this mean edcon group owe me 216000 thank you points ,<br />i alway pay my account on time and if I don't pay on time they phone so many time but for me to pay ,but why they don't phone me to resolve problem ,from Shavesh Ramnath ,cellphone number: ********** 498,<br />or ********** 122 .<br />please kindly contact me .<br />as I was told the directors of edcon and edcon thank you points will contact me,but failed</p>
