False advertising!

<p>On the 18th of November I received this following sms: Get 50 000 Thank U points when you purchase for R500 @ Red Square & redsquare.co.za. Valid 18 - 20 Nov.T&C.Card .*******, open to spend: ****. STOP to opt out</p> <p>I made 2 purchases of R500 each on the 18th and NO extra Thank You points where allocated to my account. I have phone the edcon help line, I have emailed, I even wrote a message on facebook and still no answers. All I get back is that they will follow up. It is now the 8th of December, I am leaving on the 11th for 3 months.<br /><br />Was this just false advertising so I would spend money?<br /><br />You are fast to ask for my payment when it's a little bit late but now that there is a mistake on your side no one wants to help me, I just phoned the redsquare help line and the phone got put down in my ear. I am NOT a happy client at the moment!</p>
