FALSE ADVERTISING

I use Thank You card to swipe thinking that my card is accumulating points only to find out when using a petrol card you cant accumulate points. Is petrol card not money ? Who carries cash ? From there she laughs the call centre I spoke to by the name of Petunia Moyo and when I ask her of her supervisor she said she doesn't know who she is reporting to. So My issue here is transparency EDCON - THANK YOU CARD should just tell us you only get points with cash and stop false advertising I am so annoyed
