Extremely great service for years

Few years back, I had a complain that I sent to Edgar s customer service, and I got a reply from Njabulo Madonsela, He was very professional and at that time I even wanted to close my account because I was very angry. He explained everything and all was sorted out in no time. Since then when I have to do anything I just ask him, till today he never complained or say what you are requesting its not me who needs to do it he just sends it to the correct department.
