Extra charges without explanation

I vow to never ever purchase anything from EDCON. That's exactly what they are CON artists. So glad more retail outlets are popping up. You provide the most pathetic service or lack there of. I have been sent back and forth by *********** staff and worse so called managers. I have been querying an amount on my account for almost 2 months now and no one can explain what it is for!!!! All I want to do is pay my account!!!!! You obviously don't need to keep me as a customer so I'm definitely closing my account and will continue to tell everyone about the disgusting service provided.
