Exceptional Service
On the 31st of May 2015 I went to shop at Jet in Carnival Mall and unfortunately I had lost my card and had to get a new one. When I finally got to the till I was first assisted by Julia Makwana who greeted me with a smile and very friendly. After she checked on the system she informed me that unfortunately I couldn't get the card from Jet because I had opened my account at Edgars. I was not happy that after waiting a long time in a queue I had to go to edgars, however the manner in which she spoke to me and her approach made me feel at ease and I nicely told her to keep my stuff that I wanted to purchase. I went to edgars and got my new card and when I came back I was assisted by Duduzile Msiza who also gave me an exceptional service and I was not made to wait in queue again because they had already kept my stuff at the tills for me to buy. Both ladies even gave me advise on some of the purchases I had bought and suggested what to buy. I must say their customer services amazed me and I was really impressed. It was a month end, the store was packed and yet they gave us the best service. They deserve to be rewarded.
