EMPTY PROMISES AND MANIPULATION !!!!
<p>I made a cash purchase from CNA, I only swiped my card for the points, I was asked by the cashier to sign the pad, So I asked why he said that there is a monthly cost of R19 I stated my account balance is R0.00 so I do not wish for it. he stated that I must sign to decline this, I did so. From August to now Edgars has charged me R75 for nothing !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>To date he admits I did not accept but head office does not hear him or my self... ******* service !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have emailed called and I have referrences, next I am going to the media !!!</p>

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand your frustration in this incident however once the service fee has been signed for the service fee forms part of our contract terms. Contracts cannot be changed unilaterally. That means you cannot cancel one of the terms of our agreement without our consent.

21 Dec 2016, 00:45As a customer you cannot also "trick" me into signing stuff, I have recorded calls and a recorded confession in store... where your staff claims I signed to reject this charge, my attoneys are already working on this case, you guys have messed with the wrong person, I will fight to the very end, I am not paying for something which I did not accept, soon you will see this as an article in the newspapers. Good luck !!!
