Empty promises and empty wallets

I complained over a month ago about how Edgars and the Edcon group was charging me for services that I never requested and was hopeful that they will resolve my issue when they speedily rep**** to my messages. A week later I received a confirmation letter that they will look into the matter and reverse the orders.

To date and nearly 5 weeks later they still have not resolved my issue and I have had no feedback from the company. Worse still, I keep getting SMS's from them telling me to pay my outstanding balance. I refuse to pay for a service I did not ask for, not did I receive it.

Edcon is *****ing from me and they are threatening me with action if I don't pay. Are they doing this to recover their losses? You don't make money by forcing your clients to pay for services they never requested that is how you drive them away.

I will NEVER shop from any Edcon brands again.
