Empty promises

I was promised a nokia 3 by edgars marketing manager, on the 30th november to be delivered latest friday the 8th of december (See screenshot of email attached) but it has not arrived, I emailed him to ask for the courier name and parcel tracking number so that i can track it myself but he has since not rep**** to my email, I am happy to just collect the phone at my nearest edgars store which is edgars promenade mall mitchells plain cape town
