Employee staff - but no payment after months

<p>I am writing this report on behalf of my brother, because he doesnt have internet accesss.</p> <p> </p> <p>He was employeed by Edcon Group-Pop Up Shop- International Brand s in Tygervalley Cape Town since July 7th.</p> <p>However come month end no pay was received despite getting all the paper work ready that was expected from him. Then he was told to wait as HR is sorting the payment out, however come 7 August still nothing happend.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have send his employers at the shop several emails with this regard and I have two to prove on my gmail account. However no one rep**** back or gave a response on email although they contact Binoche my brother and tell him they did, But I am on gmail as we speak and no response. The problem really is that they used my brother for his services for longer than a month but have not paid him yet. Another concern is that we heard that this shop is closing down. And fear now that he will never get his money due. this is really unaccpetable, as poeple that started with him however was paid in drips and drags but also some even after the 7th of august. Because we are struggling financially and brought this to their attention on email too as for reasons why he might not be coming in on some days. It costed him just under R50 daily to get to work. We just really need to have this place pay at least the month of salary they owe him, before this store close.
