Edgars/Jet Paid up letter

I had an account with Edgars which I opened at Legit and was later said to be a Jet account. I settled the account in 2019/01/02 and I have struggling with getting a paid-up letter. I contacted Edcon head office and was referred to the lawyers office. The lawyers said the account is not with them, I was referred to RCS and they referred me to Jet head Office which referred me to another credit collectors in durban who said the account is not with them as well.
