I receive smses continually as reminders of payment then after payment is made monthly reminders still continue. I phone to check if payments received & shows on computer. BUT smses continue. It has happened once before that someone else's purchases were placed on my account which wS then sorted out. I received an account last year & I haven't been into the store since 2019. I have phoned, emailed on many occasions & it seems to fall on deaf ears. I have not received anything from them besides an account via email. How does one get them to respond to ones request. I feel that staff who are not qualified for the job are given the jobs anyway, just like the government don't have competent staff to lead our country.
