Good day, With sadness today I feel that Edgars (ThankU points) disappoint me, I phone them and ask if they can give me my total points up to date, they sent me an email with balance of 2542, my last balance was 237912. I have save my points till I have enough to buy myself something special. I've also had a view days back a big problem with my Cash Card Point, I really wish that Edcon (Edgars) can assist me with this, because otherwise I will be force to escalate this to the CEO.

Thank you for making contact with us regarding your thank u points.
According to our records our team have provided you with the below feedback.
You were not earning points from August till November 2019 as the card was blocked at Engen Station because it was used more than 3 times on one day.
Card is now unblocked and all the points were allocated on this card ***.
Current Loyalty Points. 517779 in rand value is R 517.80
Please refer to the below Edcon/Engen terms and conditions so that the card does not get blocked again.
FUEL PARTNER REWARDS CONDITIONS
Transactions in excess of the below limits will only be excluded:
a. Swiping at the same Engen site more than 3 (three) times in a 24 (twenty four) hour period.
b. Swiping more than 2 (two) times in an hour.
c. Filling for more than 200 (two hundred) liters in a 24 hour period.
d. Swiping at more than 4 (four) sites per day.
