Edgars *****ing my money and getting away with it

I am being harrased and threatened to be blacklisted by Edgars RCS on a weekly basis yet they are not responding to my mails or calls. I am being charged R127 monthly for sms and data that I did not subscribe too. I have contacted them so many times but they cannot resolve my issue. Edgars is robbing me and getting away with it because they are a big company.
