Edgars robbing loyal customers with incorrect charges!

It is literally impossible to communicate with Edgars....when they eventually answer the phone nobody is able to help. I was charged R56 for Edgar's club in December and I am not a member of Edgar's club... I have been trying through numerous emails and calls to get them to reverse this charge. Nobody is able to help. They keep on saying they will escalate the matter but every month when I get my account the amount is higher... they have even black listed me on the credit agency and threatened legal action. Why are they trying to force me to pay money I do not owe! Why have they become such a useless company... I will never shop at Edgar's again!!
