Edgars ripping me off

I paid them off last year 2020 & requested that they close the account, they are sending me statements every month claiming I owe the VIP subs & interest the bill is growing every month despite having email & called to request them to scratch my name off their books, every time I call they give different stories. I would like them to honor their agreement and cancel that account
