i have used my club card less than 5 times (physically), I keep it in my wallet and never used it again, only have it removed when booking tickets for the cinema online. I recently went to the cinema (unplanned) and tried swiping my club card. The system kicks out that I am an invalid user. I then had to pay the full price for 2 movie tickets where I should have gotten a discount. the only reason why i have the club card is for the movie discount. I have inform their client care that I would like to refunded for the difference in the amount paid to what should have been paid including my discount and the response I get is \ that if the magnetic strip is not working I should go and replace it". They have disregarded my request to be refunded and I am not happy about it. I pay every month for this club card"

Thank you for taking the time and addressing your service experience with us. As per the e-mail response forwarded to you yesterday (29 July 2015 with reference number ***/GO) confirming our response dated 15 July 2015, you were advised that when the magnetic strip stops working the club card will not work. We therefore advice that you visit your nearest store to issued with the new club card. It's the same thing with any other card that if it is damaged you cannot be able to use it until a new card is linked.
