Edgars - Retailability Accounts department degraded service

If anyone else have had similar experience I would like to hear your story. Edgars have been taking over by Retailability few months ago and that was the time that I started to receive accounts with absolute horror. The monthly VIP Thanks U membership card was put as a purchase with the interest. I tried to call and the customer care person transfer my call to ***** department. Long story short they couldn’t detect any purchases on the system. Two weeks ago, I sent an email to cancel my membership and I am still waiting for the reply. I think one star is too much but there is NO Zero or minus Zero stars.......
