Edgars refuses to refund my money after a layby I couldn’t take out or exchange sizes...

Edgars key west refuse to give me back my layby money after they told me I can’t take it out And I can’t even change sizes during level 4 of lockdown. I have spoken to the manger there even sent an email to the Headoffice to no feedback... its sad on my end cuz it’s my money and I have no use of those baby clothes now that my baby is grown. I regret even laybying baby clothes there.
