Edgars paid up query

My account was paid up and closed in 2018 to my suprise when making a credit application I learnt edgars has listed me now in 2020. I called customer service which then referred me to visit the store being festival mall in Kempton Park.. Lerato tried to assist and they couldn't pick up my account details reffered me to rcs number which reffered me to Nimbo... Nimbo insists rcs has my account info... It's a nightmare of back and forth.. Nomthandazo, Rona including their supervisors haven't contacted me to give feedback as promised on the matter number. All I need is a paid up letter and why I'm listed if the account is paid up and why is edgars ruining my credit profile
