Edgars online order 4 weeks later not delivered

Its been 4 weeks and still no reply from Edgars on my online order placed 4 May 2020. This is a disgrace for a company who is struggling. Would be awesome if we can get an indication on when orders will be delivered. If you can't handle the volumes please refund me Order #***
