Edgars online nightmare for my baby

I ordered BABY clothes on the 5th May online (click & collect) as the local store didn't have sizes, to date I have not received my baby's clothes. Am I supposed to spend hundreds of Rands buying elsewhere while I paid Edgars already. No wonder they are in their financial debacle, their service is absurb.
