Edgar’s non existent service

I have been trying to find out what happened to my Edgar’s account as I have not used in in over a year and no one can assist. They cannot locate my details anywhere on their system and direct me to multiple numbers for partners of theirs who cannot help either. I do not owe them any money yet they decide to delete my account. Pathetic service.
