Edgars dont want to close my account

I have since requested Edgars to close my account and even today the account is still active and accumulating. I don't know what to do anymore because the next thing ill be blacklisted simply because they don't want to close the account, I am finding it hard to understand why it is hard for them to close the ****** account. no : ***.
